This year’s shortlisted restaurants feature Nobu Dubai, London’s Blandford Comptoir and Dublin’s Michelin-starred Liath.

Past winners underline the awards’ prestige. Gordon Ramsay’s Pétrus claimed best medium wine list in 2024, while Milan’s Affinatore took home best champagne and sparkling wine list.
