This year, for the first time, the awards will take place at a gala dinner at London’s Savoy \/ \u00a9World of Fine Wine<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The awards are judged by a panel of the world’s most respected wine authorities, including masters of wine and a world sommelier champion. Categories include best long wine list, best organic wine list and best sake list (outside Japan). This year’s shortlisted restaurants feature Nobu Dubai, London’s Blandford Comptoir and Dublin’s Michelin-starred Liath.<\/p>\n

Past winners underline the awards’ prestige. Gordon Ramsay’s P\u00e9trus claimed best medium wine list in 2024, while Milan’s Affinatore took home best champagne and sparkling wine list.<\/p>\n
