However, while a raw diamond\u2019s yield can be determined with scientific precision, a raw emerald presents a far greater challenge, revealing its true potential only through the meticulous cutting process.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elitetraveler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2025\/03\/Cuttingprocess11-min.jpg\" alt=\"the cutting process\" class=\"wp-image-240336\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The story of the Insofu Collection began in 2022 in Paris when Caroline Scheufele introduced a breathtaking 6,225-carat rough emerald \/ \u00a9Chopard<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>To undertake this ambitious endeavor, Chopard assembled some of the world\u2019s most skilled gem-cutters from <a href=\"https:\/\/elitetraveler.com\/travel\/hotel-news\/raffles-jaipur-review\">India<\/a>, who carefully studied the emerald in the brand\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/elitetraveler.com\/shopping-lifestyle\/geneva-style-guide\">Geneva<\/a> workshops.
